Chris has done some stuff that humans seem to think is important, he has a Doctorate in Ministry and a few of them other seminary degrees. He’s also been in vocational ministry in positions like Worship Pastor, Associate Pastor, Teaching Pastor, blah, blah blah….

None of that really matters, the one thing that Chris really has going for him is radical trust in the Gospel of Jesus.  Chris holds to the truth that while we were far from God, sinners, the worst of sinners, that God displayed his love for us by sending his son Jesus as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.  

He’s married to the most beautiful woman in the world, or at least he thinks so!  They have 6 amazing children.  As a family, they enjoy and love the Bride of Jesus, all kinds of food, Star Wars, Legos, and all things pink or purple. 

Chris also serves as an elder at Cascades.

 Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible from Clark Summit University (formerly Baptist Bible College). He met his wife Katie during his years at college. They married in 2010 and have four children: Eden, Titus, Micah, and Judah. Mark enjoys board games, sports, getting into creation, and relationships. He has a passion for leading teens to Christ and helping these teens grow in Him.  

Mark also serves as an elder.

Jerry has a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and Cross Cultural Communication from Ethnos360.  He also has a bachelor's degree from Bethany Divinity College and Seminary in Biblical Studies with a Pastoral Emphasis. The Lord moved Jerry from Michigan to Pennsylvania in 2003 to pastor a church.  In 2013 he returned to Michigan to help his sisters care for his aging parents.  He also returned to Cascades.  He served as a deacon and then an elder.  In September of 2023, he came on staff as an Associate Pastor.  Jerry's ministry involvement,  whether it is discipleship, teaching, or acts of service to others is one that is based on the grace and mercy of God.

Jerry also serves as an elder.

Jordan is the Worship Arts Director at Cascades Church. He and Brianna are both natives to the Jackson area and share in a desire to bring glory to God by upholding the gospel, providing community, serving others and making disciples. They have three children: Lively, Brooks, and Davis. Jordan enjoys listening to many different styles of music and playing around on different instruments. He will play sports of any kind & loves being competitive

Jordan also serves as an elder.

Cherri has worked as the Office Adminstrator since 2016.  She works behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.   She and her husband Jeff have attended Cascades for 20+ years.

Joan took on the Children's Director role in the fall of 2024.
